class descriptions

  • GP – Group Physio (formerly ‘clinical pilates’) – 60 mins

    Semi-private group sessions with evidence-based exercises to suit your body needs. Individually tailored programs will include clinically appropriate exercises delivered within a therapeutic framework, which may include exercises delivered on Pilates equipment or exercises drawn from Pilates that target their particular needs.

  • FP – Fitness Pilates – 45 mins

    Group pilates reformer classes incorporate a range of exercises, which differs from session to session, aimed for overall fitness needs.

  • Ms n Bs – Mum’s and Bub’s Pilates Class – 45 mins

    Postnatal reformer pilates class, where babies are welcome. Exercises differ from session to session with the aim of strengthening the body to pre-pregnancy status.
