After Birth the effects of pregnancy remain for some time, meaning you are still at a high risk of back and pelvic pain, incontinence and pelvic floor weakness.

  • to immediately begin your pelvic floor and core muscle exercises
  • to return to a gentle exercise class focusing on core and pelvic floor strength as soon as your medical professional advises (normally approx 6 weeks)
